“Ordered three items online for my grandsons for Xmas.Two great T-shirts and a Stussy and Butter sweatshirt.Very good quality with all the items and easy to order online with fast delivery.The shop in Kingston is excellent too with very helpful,staff.”

“I’ve just returned: On Coñlect+ it said that £4.20 would be deducted for return postage but having received my refund, I see that £9.95 has been deducted. I have emailed Natterjacks direct to ask for the rest of my refund as it is not on.”

“Can’t actually rate natterjack’s yet as 8 days later I’ve not received the goods, I will say that if one of your selling points is the quality controlling of goods before they are sent is going to be effective it should be done at the warehouse rather than in store, this will save delays getting replacements or alternatives to customers who have already needed to prompt customer services for a response”
