“Excellent service, great customer service and the selection of clothing was far greater than other sites I had been looking at. Dispatched quickly as promised. Sadly the couriers used were not as reliable, but I understand that this is out of your control. Thank you, I would recommend and I would definitely use again.”

“Still waiting for order, despite courier saying it should have been here yesterday, had to ring to be told driver ran out of time! No notice despite staying in all day and needed to sign for parcel! Been told it might arrive Monday!! Might, another day I have to stay in to sign for a parcel that MIGHT come! Poor courier service!”

“Very easy to buy a gift voucher. I couldn't see an option to download and print it out but received the voucher very quickly. I like the option to send on specific date too. We'll be back in store shortly which is always fun as so much stuff.”

“I have just received an email asking me to review Natterjacks when I haven't even had a confirmation my order has been sent let alone received. I ordered on the 9th and today is the 14th the only mail I have had is a confirmation of my order which stated they would contact me again when it was passed on to their courier which I can only assume hasn't happened yet as I have heard nothing more. I suggest it is probably best to request reviews when goods have at the very least been dispatched and even then give it a few days for them to arrive especially if using Royal Mail as there is strike action at the moment.”
